Helping Champions & allies to align with organisational objectives and goals, it gives them the tools and confidence to define purpose, support wellbeing, build confidence as a people leader and embed inclusion everywhere.
The programme also helps organisations to involve everyone in the inclusion agenda, by giving allies a deeper understanding of the People & Culture function, and how they can support this.
