Top Tip – How to influence the D&I strategy of your organisation

Hannah Cann - April 7th, 2022

We have made plans with the recruitment team in turn hiring managers to change the interview panel initially to include women, as our research has suggested that many of our female candidates being interviewed by all-male panels feel less confident in the likely outcome of their interview. We are also looking to change the setting of interviews and how they take place, such as reducing sensory elements such as lighting, noise, etc which may unfairly disadvantage neurodiverse candidates.
